Maurice Halliday founded Hallidays some thirty-eight years ago and to this day the ethos has not changed. The Mission Statement is as true today as it was back in the exciting 1960's - "The Client First".
Over the years, Hallidays has been a leader in fashion, creating elegance mixed with dashing style. Not only have they put the client first but have lead the way forward in training to ensure the flow of the top stylists to our salons in the South West of Scotland.
The Newton Stewart Salon team is lead by Director Wayne Blackburn. This salon is situated on the ground floor (no steps). A light and airy salon with a friendly atmosphere, offering a complete range of hairdressing services with a resident manicurist.
The salon in Kirkcudbright is in an unrivaled position, situated in a victorian white sandstone building, above the Bank of Scotland, offering views across Soaperie Gardens to the town harbour. The salon is elegant and relaxing, mirroring the Victorian settings
